Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Metrology, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of dimensional metrology and GD&T practices.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the enterprise technical authority for metrology strategy, GD&T, and equipment qualification across NPI and production.
• Develop and govern enterprise metrology standards, roadmaps, and qualification processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams to improve launch readiness, measurement capability, and quality metrics.
