Qualifications
3+ years of experience in quality engineering or metrology.
Experience supporting audits and compliance documentation.
Background working closely with CNC machining or automated systems.
Responsibilities
Program, operate, and maintain ZEISS Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs).
Investigate nonconformances and perform root cause analysis.
Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Automation teams to improve processes.
Skills
Hands-on experience with ZEISS CMMs and software
Strong knowledge of GD&T
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Familiarity with statistical tools (SPC, MSA)
Experience in precision manufacturing environments
Education
