Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in quality engineering or metrology.
• Hands-on experience with ZEISS CMMs and software.
• Experience in precision manufacturing environments (machining, automation, aerospace, medical, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of GD&T.
• Familiarity with statistical tools (SPC, MSA).

Responsibilities

• Develop inspection programs and analyze measurement data.
• Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) and interpret engineering drawings.
• Support quality system requirements (ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485).
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Automation teams to improve processes.
• Interface with customers during audits or quality reviews.

Skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

3+ years of experience in quality engineering or metrology

Hands-on experience with ZEISS CMMs and software

Strong knowledge of GD&T

Experience in precision manufacturing environments

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Familiarity with statistical tools (SPC, MSA)

Experience supporting audits and compliance documentation

Education
