Job summary

The role includes coordinating shipments, vendor and customer communications, and on-site pickup/delivery while maintaining accurate records in enterprise tracking systems and upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2+ years of logistics or coordination experience.
• Valid driver’s license with required driving duties.
• Experience with tracking systems (SAP, IndySoft, MetTeam or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and transport equipment and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibration and certification of basic electronic and physical/dimensional measuring and test equipment according to specifications.
• Coordinate the end-to-end logistics lifecycle for metrology equipment, including receipt, shipment, tracking, and return of calibration assets.
• Perform on-site pickup and delivery of measurement equipment between customer locations, laboratories, and vendors.
• Manage equipment intake processes, including verification, documentation, and system entry for accurate tracking.
• Package and prepare equipment for shipment per procedures with proper documentation and labeling.
• Maintain real-time updates in enterprise tracking systems ensuring asset visibility and timelines.
