A leading semiconductor manufacturer in Texas seeks a Metrology Equipment Technician to ensure the functionality of systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and monitor equipment, all while adhering strictly to standard operating procedures. Applicants should have a technical certification, substantial experience, and capability in MS Office. This role is full-time on-site, and candidates must not require visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 2 years technical certification or 4 years Semiconductor Technician experience required.
• Familiarity with TPM concepts.
• Ability to strictly adhere to SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Monitor equipment and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Work effectively in a team environment and communicate across the organization.

Skills

Electro-mechanical aptitude

Familiarity with SPC methods

Highly capable in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Attention to detail

Ability to work off-hours if necessary

Education

Any 2-year technical certification
