Intel Corporation in Arizona is seeking a motivated Module Equipment Technician to join our world-class semiconductor manufacturing team. This on-site role supports sustaining engineering, equipment maintenance, and process improvements to keep production running smoothly on a compressed evening shift.
You will collaborate with engineering and manufacturing peers to troubleshoot, install, and qualify new equipment, document procedures, and drive uptime and quality on the factory floor.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Module Equipment Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Arizona, US. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in a world-class semiconductor manufacturing environment.
In this role, you will play a critical part in keeping our advanced manufacturing equipment running at peak performance, supporting engineering teams, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact production outcomes.
This position is assigned to Shift 8, a compressed evening work schedule. Employees typically work a 2-day, 3-day, or 4-day workweek with extended daily shifts. More than 50% of scheduled work hours occur between 3:30 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. (midnight). Specific workdays, hours, and overtime eligibility will be determined in accordance with business needs and applicable federal, state, and local laws.
This role requires regular onsite presence at our Arizona facility to fulfill essential job responsibilities.
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research and relevant previous job and/or internship experience. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Our standard technician starting rates are based on your location and shift schedule.
