Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in the gage calibration field.
• 1 year manufacturing experience in tight tolerance production.
• Experience with Gage Track or other calibration management software.
• Ability to read indicators and use calibration tools as described.

Responsabilités

• Identify and locate gauges due for calibration using Gage Trak calibration management software.
• Interpret Engineering drawings/GD&T specifications.
• Calibrate tools to print requirements using dial indicators, height masters, sine plates, and gage blocks.
• Record calibration results and coordinate with engineering/quality teams for approvals.
