VEHICLE DELIVERY SPECIALIST - METRO LEXUS

A Vehicle Delivery Specialist is the primary contact for clients regarding questions about vehicle technology. The role involves training to become a subject matter expert on Lexus technology and providing comprehensive explanations of vehicle features, warranty, and maintenance schedules. The Specialist also answers phone calls and assists guests in the Service Department with their questions. Maintaining customer satisfaction scores at or above Lexus standards is essential. We seek someone outgoing, articulate, familiar with technology, patient, energetic, and with outstanding customer follow-up skills. Job Summary

Assist customers in resolving concerns with vehicle technology features across all Lexus vehicles under the guidance of Sales Managers.

Essential Responsibilities

1. Present Lexus products effectively to ensure customer understanding.
2. Maintain high product and technical knowledge through continuous research and resource collection.
3. Resolve customer inquiries regarding vehicle technology issues.
4. Troubleshoot vehicle technology features.
5. Master product knowledge of all Lexus vehicles.
6. Develop and practice presentations for Lexus vehicles and their features.
7. Utilize a collection of technical information and resources to assist explanations.
8. Assist in vehicle deliveries, personalizing them to customer needs.
9. Demonstrate vehicle features, systems, and controls.
10. Introduce quick guides and online resources for additional information.
11. Ensure smooth transition from LDS to LTS for future support (within 30 days of purchase).
12. Keep a log of all customer deliveries.
13. Follow up post-delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and understanding.
14. Assist in designing training curricula.
15. Train sales staff and dealership personnel on new technology.
16. Engage proactively with visiting customers to answer questions and address concerns.
17. Collaborate with the sales team to assist customers with technology concerns by appointment.
18. Oversee deliveries to ensure proper information is conveyed.
19. Perform other related duties as assigned.
