The Vehicle Delivery Specialist acts as the primary contact for clients regarding vehicle technology questions. This role involves becoming a subject matter expert on Lexus technology, providing comprehensive explanations of vehicle features, warranties, and maintenance schedules. The specialist also responds to phone inquiries and assists guests in the Service Department with their questions. Maintaining customer satisfaction scores at or above Lexus standards is essential. We seek outgoing, articulate individuals who are familiar with technology, patient educators, energetic, and possess excellent customer follow-up skills. JOB SUMMARY

Under the guidance of Sales Managers, the Vehicle Delivery Specialist assists customers in resolving concerns related to vehicle technology features across all Lexus models.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Present Lexus products effectively to ensure customer understanding.
2. Maintain high product and technical knowledge through ongoing research and resource collection.
3. Resolve customer inquiries related to vehicle technology.
4. Troubleshoot vehicle technology features.
5. Achieve mastery of product knowledge across all vehicles.
6. Develop and deliver presentations on Lexus vehicles and features.
7. Utilize a collection of resources to aid in explanations.
8. Assist with vehicle deliveries, personalizing the experience to customer needs.
9. Demonstrate vehicle features, systems, and controls.
10. Introduce and explain quick guides and online resources for further information.
11. Create a seamless transition process from LDS (within 30 days of purchase) to LTS (after 30 days) for ongoing support.
12. Keep a detailed log of all customer deliveries.
13. Follow up post-delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and understanding of technology features.
14. Contribute to training curriculum design.
15. Train sales staff and dealership personnel on new technologies.
16. Engage proactively with dealership visitors to answer questions and address concerns.
17. Collaborate with the sales team to assist customers with technology issues by appointment.
18. Oversee delivery processes to ensure proper communication of vehicle features.
19. Perform any other related duties as assigned by management.
