Amtel Wireless | Metro by T-Mobile at San Benito is seeking a bilingual Sales Representative to engage customers in-store, promote Metro 5G plans, and close sales. The role emphasizes energy, enthusiasm, and helping customers find the right device and plan.

We offer base pay plus commissions and benefits, with opportunities for growth in a dynamic retail team. Candidates must be ready to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age.
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Metro by T-Mobile products in-store.
• Engage customers daily and deliver excellent service.
• Assist customers in selecting plans and devices to meet their needs.
