Job summary

Metro by T-Mobile seeks a Sales Representative who is bilingual in Spanish and English to promote and sell Metro products in-store. The role requires energy, passion, and a customer-focused mindset to engage shoppers daily and meet sales targets.

The position offers base pay plus commission, with an average of $15+ per hour, and opportunities for advancement within a growing retail team.

Qualifications

• Bilingual required: Spanish and English.
• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check.
• Able to stand for long periods in a retail store environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Metro by T-Mobile products in the store.
• Engage customers daily to drive sales and meet targets.
• Represent the brand professionally and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Required Qualifications:
