Amtel Wireless, selling Metro by T-Mobile products, is hiring a Sales Representative in-store. The role is ideal for energetic bilingual candidates who can engage customers daily and close sales.

We offer a competitive compensation package with base pay plus commission and benefits. You will be part of a growing team in La Joya, contributing to customer satisfaction and retention while promoting 5G plans across in-store channels.

Qualifications

• Bilingual communication in Spanish and English.
• Strong customer service aptitude in retail.
• Proven sales or upselling experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Promote and sell Metro by T-Mobile products in-store.
• Engage customers daily and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and participate in in-store promotions.

As a sales representative, you will be the most important position to promote and sell all Metro products in the store. Required Qualifications:

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
