Job summary

Amtel Wireless is hiring for a Metro by T-Mobile Retail Assistant Manager in Stephenville, TX. You will lead daily operations, coach staff, and ensure outstanding customer experiences while driving sales in a fast-paced wireless retail environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and hands-on participation in promotions, pricing updates, and-store audits. Strong work ethic and the ability to move sales forward with a positive team mindset are required.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct administrative duties at the store.
• Keep all promotions and pricing provided to our sales teams up to date daily.
• Maintain the facilities for audit compliance.
• Assist Store Leader in executing initiatives related to sales, service, and customer experience.
• Partner with Store Manager to observe and coach all employees as needed.
