Job summary

Amtel Wireless I Metro by T-Mobile East 42nd is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager (RAM) to lead daily store operations and drive sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will support a results-driven team, manage promotions, and ensure pricing accuracy across all tiers of the Metro by T-Mobile offering.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and hands-on coaching in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Background check may be performed during hiring.
• Must be able to stand for long periods in a retail store.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct administrative duties at the store.
• Keep promotions and pricing up to date daily.
• Maintain facilities for audit compliance.
• Move and/or lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Assist Store Leader in sales, service, and customer experience initiatives.

RAM should be a bold, energetic, passionate person providing attentive and friendly service for a great customer experience every day selling Metro. Every RAM should have great leadership skills, be a good communicator, and lead by example for their teammates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct administrative duties at the store.


• Keep all promotions and pricing provided to our sales teams up to date daily.


• Maintain the facilities for audit compliance.


• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.


• Assist Store Leader in executing initiatives related to sales, service, and customer experience.


• Partner with Store Manager to observe and coach all employees as needed.
