Job summary

Good Day Farm is seeking a METRC Supervisor to oversee inventory management in the METRC system and ensure compliant, timely reporting of inventory audits across all departments.

You will lead the METRC team, develop and enforce SOPs, schedule audits, and coordinate transfers while maintaining accuracy and compliance with state regulations. This role requires strong attention to detail, leadership, and the ability to train staff.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and accuracy in inventory reporting.
• Ability to lead a team and manage priorities.
• Proficient in METRC and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience creating SOPs and training staff in inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversees METRC inventory management and reporting.
• Sets audit schedules and conducts departments-wide audits.
• Ensures METRC data is reported within 24 hours and compliant with state rules.
• Manages METRC team daily operations and coordinates with management.
• Develops SOPs and conducts internal training on METRC procedures.
• Monitors stock levels and product movement across production stages.
• Facilitates transfers and verifies manifests for shipping.
• Leads efforts to reduce data-entry errors and improve records maintenance.
