Job summary

Justice Grown in New Jersey seeks an Inventory Technician to support the cultivation team by maintaining METRC logs and conducting regular plant counts. You will ensure traceability of plant movement and help enforce proper data collection across facilities.

The role requires a 2+ year background in data management and experience with METRC, plus a 2-year degree and strong analytical abilities. A comprehensive benefits package is provided for eligible full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of data management and auditing experience.
• Advanced knowledge of databases and data warehousing.
• Experience with data integration from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Conducts inventory inspections and maintains METRC logs for traceability.
• Create METRC plant tags and update clone logs.
• Perform weekly counts for Flower and Mother Rooms and verify accuracy.
• Audit each plant room monthly in METRC and ensure compliance.
