Job summary

Boeing Summer 2027 Internship Program (Paid) in Program Management is designed for motivated students seeking hands-on experience in project management across Boeing’s diverse units. Interns will work for 10–12 weeks, mentored by field experts and gain exposure to real-world challenges in aerospace.

Selected students tour cutting-edge facilities, interact with leaders, and build a professional network while developing the skills necessary to become future leaders in the industry.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program with an anticipated graduation date on or after August 2027.
• Ability to work full‑time for 10‑12 weeks during the summer.
• Passion for the aerospace industry and interest in Boeing.
• Academic excellence (GPA 3.0 or higher).
• Previous business or related internships or work experience and/or involvement with student or civic organizations.
• Majoring in: Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Project Management, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Technical Management, Information Systems, or related fields.
• The ability to telecommute
• The ability to relocate and work onsite

Responsibilities

• Engage in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and performance tracking.
• Shadow mentors and learn from experts in program management.
• Tour manufacturing and research facilities to see products up close.
• Interact with company leaders to discuss strategy and future plans.
• Build a professional network through events and activities.
