Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a friendly Valet Attendant to greet guests, assist with luggage, and park/retrieve vehicles with care. You will process valet tickets, ensure smooth flow of traffic, and provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include being 18+, a valid 2-year driver license, and a willingness to learn with paid training. Uniforms are provided; tips are part of compensation, with opportunities to earn wages daily.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Have a valid 2-year driver license.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Parking and/or hospitality industry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic to keep the flow of cars organized with a smile.
• Welcome guests upon arrival and departure.
• Greet customers by name and develop rapport with each driver.
• Open and close doors for every customer on arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage from vehicle to vehicle as needed.
• Turn off each car and remove keys; provide valet ticket and retrieval process.
• Park and retrieve cars carefully, efficiently, and promptly.
• Promote excellent customer relations and represent LAZ Parking professionally.

A LAZ Valet Attendant plays a significant role in the success of the company. They are the first person our clients and customers see upon arrival, and the last person our clients & customers see when they depart. What Will I Do?

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years old or older

Physical Demands:

• Willingness to work in the elements -- heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
• Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
