Responsibilities

• Assesses patients in methadone treatment and provides ongoing assessments.
• Develops care plans considering age and development.
• Addresses risks related to methadone treatment.
• Documents and communicates deviations from treatment standards.
• Collaborates with treatment team to set measurable goals and time-limited interventions.
• Coordinates care with providers and community resources.
• Teaches and counsels patients according to defined plans.
• Performs professional clinical competencies of the unit.
