Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least one year of technical experience, or an associate/technical degree with three years of technical experience.
• Three years of experience using Microsoft Office tools, MCIS data extraction, CSS data extraction, or equivalent.
• Strong oral and written communication skills to process information timely and accurately.
• Proficient PC skills and experience with Microsoft Office software.
• Analytical skills to recognize patterns and make recommendations.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Coordination skills to coordinate various work groups to solve problems.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain information using MV-90, including meter data retrieval and report generation.
• Provide MV-90 metering support to departments by sharing meter data via in-person, phone, or written communication.
• Analyze and maintain databases, report data, and create scheduled and ad-hoc reports.
• Respond to meter data inquiries and resolve issues based on MV-90 policies.
• Support department procurement activities, dispatch field work with CAD, payroll data entry, and tracking of meter projects.
• Perform additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.
