Job summary

Applied Innovation is seeking a Meter Analyst to configure, maintain, and support our meter software agent. This in-office role is based at our Grand Rapids, MI Distribution Center.

You will onboard external customers, maintain the meter environment, and troubleshoot meter collection challenges while documenting activities and meeting departmental metrics. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to provide customer focused end-user support by phone and e-mail.

Responsibilities

• Onboard external customers to our supported meter software agent.
• Maintain meter environment by mapping customers, equipment, adding/removing records and conducting preventative maintenance to the system.
• Resolve external customer meter collection challenges utilizing an established troubleshooting process.
• Maintain proper documentation for historical and analytical purposes.
• Meet or exceed department metrics.
• Provide our customers with Fast, Friendly, and Amazing service.
