Responsibilities

• Read, verify, and record water meter data for monthly billing, manual reads, and radio-read system accuracy.
• Complete field work orders, including meter locates, turn-ons/turn-offs, field investigations, and customer notifications.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair meter boxes, registers, transmitters, and related equipment to ensure accurate readings and reliable service.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to field inquiries and communicating high usage, leaks, and delinquency notices.
• Maintain accurate daily records, vehicle readiness, and communicate updates to supervisors.
