Job summary

A&M Industrial, Inc. in Greenville, SC, is seeking a career‑oriented Industrial Field Sales – Metalworking Representative to drive revenue growth through technical solutions and strong customer relationships.

You will manage accounts in the Greenville–Spartanburg–Anderson MSA region, provide application expertise, call on customers, and develop strategic plans to meet buying needs while expanding market share.

Qualifications

• Machining background or manufacturing experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience in Industrial Sales and/or Distribution.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for metalworking applications.
• Call prospective customers and establish buying cycles, customer needs, and create a customer–supplier relationship.
• Manage assigned accounts and increase sales in respective accounts.
• Secure and place orders, considering delivery dates and inventory levels.
• Educate clients about terminology, features and benefits of products.
• Present a professional image to clients and vendors.
