Job summary

Jacquet Mid Atlantic Inc. is seeking a Production Planner for our Limerick, PA facility to organize production according to demand and quality standards.

You will ensure orders are produced on time for distribution, coordinating with the Operations Manager and other teams to maintain cost-efficient workflows. The role requires coordinating daily orders, managing resources, and communicating with sales to monitor order status and address issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Prior scheduling or planning experience in a production environment preferred.
• Understanding of OSHA regulations for general industry.
• Experience with AS9100 or ISO9001 preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the production workflow of daily orders.
• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure on-time order processing.
• Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
• Monitor jobs to ensure they finish on time and escalate late orders.
• Communicate issues with the sales team and respond to order status requests.
• Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
• Keep paperwork organized and collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff.
