Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Houston, TX is seeking a hands-on forklift operator to move and stack materials, load and unload trucks, and keep inventory accurate while staying safety-first and helping teammates perform at their best.

Finish metal parts by painting, grinding, deburring, phosphating, and cold rolling; rotate into other departments, train new operators, level up to overhead crane operation, and maintain spotless work areas in the warehouse, shop, and yard.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety rules and best practices.
• Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong communicator with a team-first, dependable approach.
• Willingness to learn and solid technical aptitude.
• Current forklift license; crane training provided.
• Experience loading/unloading trucks and general shop cleanup.
• Painting and grinding capability; comfort with surface finishing (shot peen, cold roll, phosphating).
• Shop math skills and accurate tape measure reading.

Responsibilities
