• Lead manufacturing operations for the Metals business and multiple production lines.
• Oversee micromachining operations and ensure safety and quality culture.
• Drive continuous improvement and achievement of production targets.
• Develop talent and succession plans within the department.
• Lead cross-functional negotiations and drive business continuity.
• Plan and manage complex manufacturing projects with schedule, scope and quality objectives.
• Act as SME to define efficient business processes and workflows.
• Support Annual Operating Plan execution and planning.
