Eurofins Scientific is seeking an Associate Chemist for Environment Testing - Metals on 2nd shift, M-F, in the USA. The role focuses on ICP/OES and ICP/MS analyses, with responsibilities spanning data handling, instrument maintenance, and method compliance.

Requirements include an Associate degree in Chemistry or Biology and proficiency in English, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred. Pay range shown is $18-19/hour plus a 10% shift differential, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Chemistry or Biology or related field.
• English reading/writing/speaking required for daily work.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Set up, optimize, and calibrate ICP/ICP-MS/CVAA independently.
• Analyze samples and review data following SOPs.
• Maintain and troubleshoot ICP instruments and document results.
• Update SOPs and perform MDL/IDL determinations as needed.
