Learn metallurgy of cast superalloys, investment casting, and aerospace-quality requirements while working with seasoned engineers and technicians. You will collaborate with experts, analyze data, and contribute to process improvements and documentation.

Qualifications

• Currently an engineering student with at least two years of coursework completed.
• Interest in solidification, metallurgy, chemistry and thermodynamics.
• Ability to analyze data and interpret results.
• Safety‑conscious and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with metallurgists, engineers, and lab technicians to improve processes.
• Assist in reviewing metallurgical, process, and dimensional trials.
• Analyze test results and help prepare technical reports.
• Work on shop floor to improve routings, instructions, and process performance.
• Apply A3 and PDCA methodologies to identify improvements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of findings and changes.
