Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Metallurgical/Materials or related engineering discipline.
• Associate degree with 7+ years of relevant engineering experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute engineering projects from concept through commissioning and handover.
• Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, action items, and risk mitigation plans.
• Support capital equipment installation, modification, startup, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate project activities with operations, quality, maintenance, suppliers, contractors, and engineering teams.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining project schedules and deliverables.
• Provide hands-on engineering support to manufacturing operations and shop-floor activities.
• Troubleshoot equipment, process, material, and production-related issues.
• Ensure engineering solutions meet safety, quality, regulatory, and operational requirements.
• Develop and review technical documentation, engineering standards, work instructions, and project documentation.
• Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
