The Beehive Industries Metallurgical Supervisor leads daily laboratory operations to support materials development and production in a high-precision setting. You will oversee metallurgical testing, sample preparation, characterization, and data documentation while guiding a team of technicians toward safe, compliant, and efficient work practices.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in metallurgy or closely related field.
• 3–5 years in metallurgical testing or materials characterization.
• 2–3 years leading laboratory personnel or teams.
• Experience with metallography, microscopy, hardness, tensile, and microstructural evaluation.
• Experience documenting compliant lab procedures and data.
• Strong collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality teams.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily lab operations, assign work, manage priorities and schedules.
• Provide technical leadership for sample preparation, microscopy, and material characterization.
• Lead training and development of laboratory staff and set testing standards.
• Oversee material testing in line with standards, procedures, and customer requirements.
• Review data, reports, and documentation for accuracy and traceability.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance, calibration, and validation.
