• Provide metallurgical guidance for process design and production execution.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers and internal teams to qualify new materials and support market growth.
• Plan and execute production-type projects under contract with customers.
• Coordinate and report progress of key projects to senior leadership, ensuring timeliness and budget alignment.
• Assist in customer visits, proposals, and meetings requiring metallurgical expertise.
