MetalTek International is seeking a Metallurgical Engineer to lead process development in centrifugal casting. You will collaborate with customers to translate requirements into technical solutions and drive innovations in alloy behavior, microstructure, and mechanical performance.

The role requires a strong background in heat treatment, microstructure analysis, and mechanical testing, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate effectively with customers.

Formación

• Bachelor's in metallurgical engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• 2+ years foundry or casting experience; centrifugal casting expertise and AOD experience desirable.
• Strong knowledge of stainless steel, nickel, cobalt, and/or copper-based alloys.
• Experience with heat treatment, microstructure analysis, and mechanical testing.
• Ability to lead projects and collaborate across departments.
• Excellent written and oral communication with customers on technical matters.
