Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field is required.
• 0–3 years of experience in metals manufacturing or related industrial environments.
• Working knowledge of quality systems like ISO or IATF is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review hot rolling and cold rolling capabilities to meet product specifications.
• Collaborate with teams to establish rolling line parameters.
• Provide technical leadership during rolling operations.
• Analyze aluminum products for surface quality.
• Implement best rolling practices to improve efficiency.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in aluminum rolling metallurgy.
