You'll collaborate with production, QA, and R&D teams to analyze, test, and improve materials—especially metals—used in critical applications. What You'll Do

  • Analyze and test metals to determine properties and performance
  • Develop and improve metallurgical processes for production ️
  • Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams on material selection
  • Conduct failure analysis and lead root cause investigations
  • Support ISO 9001 & AS 9100 certifications and quality initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in metallurgy or material science
  • Strong knowledge of casting, forging, welding, and heat treatment
  • Experience with testing techniques (e.g., tensile, hardness, microstructure)
  • Familiarity with ASTM, ISO, AWS standards
  • CAD and simulation software proficiency
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
