What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
5+ years of experience in metallurgy or material science
Strong knowledge of casting, forging, welding, and heat treatment
Experience with testing techniques (e.g., tensile, hardness, microstructure)
Familiarity with ASTM, ISO, AWS standards
CAD and simulation software proficiency
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
