Job summary

You will support Materials and Process Engineering in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with strong emphasis on safety and accuracy. The role requires metallography experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work with microscopes to interpret color spectra.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a laboratory setting.
• Experience in Metallography, Metallurgy, or Materials Science.
• Attention to detail and safety compliance.
• Ability to visualize 3D objects and inspect color spectra under a microscope.
• Experience with safe chemical storage and handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine metallographic preparations: sectioning, grinding, polishing, etching, imaging.
• Maintain lab equipment, supplies, and workspace with preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with Engineering to provide results and lab support for projects.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
