Job summary

Anomatic Corporation in Ohio is seeking a production floor operator to ensure the efficient operation of the plastic metalizing lines and to monitor all steps of the metalizing process, achieving consistent product quality and customer satisfaction throughout the shift.

Responsibilities include line setup, coordinating with team members, performing routine inspections, maintaining a clean work area, and ensuring accurate documentation of parts produced and paint usage to support on-time

Responsibilities

• Set up the line per job card requirements and ensure continuous operation of machines, and mixing and replenishment of paint supply.
• Communicate with team members regarding operating conditions, paint mixture, special problems, etc., that occurred during the shift.
• Continuously monitor each step of the metalizing process for quality of parts, and perform regular inspections of color, cross-hatching, adhesion, and aesthetic assessment.
• Clean machines and perform preventative maintenance.
• Keep production team informed throughout the shift on pertinent issues with the processes or parts that could affect production and ensure Take Off team is supplied with raw parts.
• Maintains a clean line, free of clutter. Stores equipment properly.
• Performs basic troubleshooting on the line under the direction of the Metalizing Technician and Process Engineering Technician.
• Properly completes required paperwork regarding parts produced, scrap, and paint consumption, and communicates all pertinent issues throughout shift.
• All other duties as assigned to support production.
