Job summary

Accelevation is seeking a Materials Handler in the Metal department to ensure materials are received, stored, and delivered accurately to support production and customer orders. The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, safety, and efficient workflow as we scale.

You will support shipping/receiving, cycle counts, and use Epicor to manage the materials queue while keeping the warehouse organized and safe for staff and visitors.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a warehouse/shipping role.
• Experience driving a forklift required.
• Strong data entry, math and computer skills.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to follow schedules and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist in shipping/receiving truckloads and matching purchase orders.
• File requests for materials and stock items.
• Perform daily cycle counts.
• Manage the materials queue in Epicor.
• Maintain a safe, accessible warehouse.
• Pull parts for production and customer orders using ERP Sales Order Pick List.
• Package, label, wrap, and strap items for shipping.
• Load and unload trucks with materials.
• Inventory, organize, and label items in the warehouse.
• Clean work area and remove trash daily.
