100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Metal Stamping Set-Up Specialist for its Saint Paul, MN operations. In this full-time role, you will independently set up and operate small stamping presses, install tooling, and ensure parts meet print specifications.

You’ll read blueprints, verify dimensions with precision instruments, log data, and collaborate with Toolroom/Maintenance to drive quick root-cause analysis and continuous improvements while keeping a safe, audit-ready workspace.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, routings, and work instructions.
• Independently set up and operate small stamping presses.
• Install basic tooling; prepare presses and materials for production runs.
• Perform precision measurements (calipers, micrometers) to validate specifications.
• Apply root cause analysis; coordinate with Toolroom/Maintenance for repairs.
• Drive process improvements to enhance quality and throughput.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teammates to meet production schedules and delivery deadlines
• Perform other related duties as assigned
