Job summary

Nic Global is seeking a Metal Stampings Press Operator for the 2nd shift in Gallatin, TN. You will set up and operate stamping press equipment to produce parts per specifications, ensuring proper die alignment and tool setup. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to safety practices.

Regular Full-Time Direct Tennessee, Gallatin, TN, US

2nd Shift Metal Stamping Operator

4:40 pm until 3:10 am

Monday thru Thursday

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / DUTIES

• Set ups, adjusts and operates stamping press machines to produce parts in accordance with specifications.
• Sets, aligns and secures dies, sets ram stroke, etc. to perform such operations as punching, shearing, blanking, and forming.
• Responsible for setting up progressive stamping tools including the feeder.
• Works with minimal supervision.
• Responsible for general maintenance of equipment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Ability to lift 50lbs with or without accommodations; ability to stand on feet for 10-hour shifts.
