Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a Metal Spray Tech to assist the Metal Spray Tech II in finishing metal parts and components in the Metal paint department. The role supports changeovers, starts up drying ovens, and ensures line speeds are maintained.

Responsibilities include monitoring paint quality, assisting in hand spraying, and upholding shop safety with PPE. The position also serves as a back-up to the senior technician and requires adherence to housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• At least three months mechanical and manufacturing experience.
• Six months experience in hand spraying techniques and spray booth set-up preferred.

• Must monitor quality of all parts being painted and assist in hand spraying as needed
• Serves as a primary back-up to the Metal Spray Tech II.
