Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Payson, UT is seeking a Machine Operator to set up, monitor, and operate metal-forming equipment including roll formers and trim machines to meet production goals. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring quality output while following safety protocols.

You will maintain production logs, work with team members to improve processes, and manage quick turnarounds in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• At least two years related experience, forklift preferred.
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and work orders.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work outdoors in heat.
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various types of machinery according to specifications and production requirements.
• Monitor machinery during operations to ensure proper functioning and identify issues.
• Perform routine maintenance including cleaning, lubrication, and adjustment.
• Inspect finished products for quality and compliance.
• Maintain production logs and documentation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team to improve production processes.
• Other related duties as assigned.
