Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Brookhaven, MS, is hiring for a manufacturing associate to operate metalworking machinery producing roofing components. The role requires basic math skills, tape-measure reading, and a focus on safety and quality in a fast-paced shop environment.

Pay rate is $15.00–$16.00 per hour, with a Monday–Friday shift from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Training for forklift use is provided, and employees may participate in daily shop cleaning and cross-training on all machines.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• 3+ years experience in fabrication/manufacturing preferred.
• Must read tape measure and have basic math skills.

• Produce basic products with minimal supervision and seek help when needed.
