Responsibilities

• Ensure maximum productivity by routing vehicles and meeting company goals.
• Assign loads to drivers based on routes and driver location.
• Prepare, update and dispense the daily route schedule.
• Gather and maintain documentation for pick-ups, route completions, and driver locations.
• Ensure route completion via driver check-in process.
• Interact with customers as required.
• Report driver performance issues to management.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
