SA Recycling is seeking a Dispatcher to manage shipment schedules and dispatch drivers for pickups and deliveries. The role requires coordinating routes, maintaining supplier satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with FMCSR/DOT regulations.

The position is on-site and may involve working outdoors in varying weather conditions while supporting drivers and suppliers. SA Recycling offers competitive benefits and advancement opportunities.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dispatch or driver experience preferred.
• Knowledge of FMCSR and DOT rules and regulations.
• Excellent phone etiquette and written communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to learn industry software.
• Bilingual English & Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and dispatch drivers to deliver and pick up materials.
• Provide drivers with information to ensure prompt pickups and deliveries.
• Coordinate with drivers to resolve issues during delivery or pickup.
• Monitor routes and truck statuses to optimize scheduling.
• Communicate with suppliers about driver schedules and route changes.
• Maintain knowledge of FMCSR, DOT rules, SA Recycling policies.
• Provide management with timely updates and reporting.
