Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a Production Operator to support daily production, changeovers and outbound shipments in a fast-paced metals manufacturing environment. You will operate palletizers, seamers, welders and slitters while ensuring safety, quality and productivity.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to read/write English, basic math skills, and willingness to work evening/night shifts and weekends as needed. Team collaboration is essential for success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Meet production standards on assigned tasks within required time.
• Maintain clean work areas and good housekeeping.
• Perform safety and quality inspections of products.
• Assist in changeovers and packaging tasks as needed.
• Cross-train across multiple operations such as presses, palletizers, seamers and slitters.
• Collaborate with team to meet safety, quality and productivity goals.
