Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Metal Process Technician to support manufacturing and system operations, including setup, calibration, maintenance, failure analysis, SOP adherence, and quality testing for advanced logic devices.

The role requires proficiency in SPC methods, troubleshooting, and TPM concepts, with strong teamwork and communication. Work hours are C Shift (Thu–Sat, 6:45am–7:15pm) with possible off-hours and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with SPC methods and troubleshooting to anticipate failures.
• Ability to follow scripts and SOPs for system maintenance and process control.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with SPC methods and implementation.
• MS Word, Excel and Power Point proficiency for reporting.
• Learn new systems and adapt to procedure changes.
