Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct in-line adjustments to products, instruments, equipment, or processes. This role determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Requires compliance with all health, safety and environmental management system guidelines.Role and ResponsibilitiesHere’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:Familiarity with SPC methods and implementationHighly capable in MS Word, Excel and Power PointAbility to quickly learn new systems and adapt to procedure changes also required.Must have strong communication, teamwork, analytical and problem solving skillsFocused on continuous improvement in fast-paced, changing environmentHigh level of initiative and desire to learnFamiliar with TPM conceptsSuccessful candidates will be detail and task oriented and place high value on customer service, team work and flexibility.Ability to meet due dates for action itemsSuccessful candidates will strictly adhere to SOPs.Reliable and punctual attendance required.Work off-hours if necessary.Work hours: C Shift – Thursday through Saturday (6:45am – 7:15pm) with alternating Wednesdays.Skills and QualificationsHere's what you'll need:Performing Change Point Management (CPM)/System Maintenance: Follows standard operating procedures to ensure equipment/ processes/systems are running effectively.Troubleshooting: Conducts failure analysis and follows scripts to troubleshoot and anticipate future failures.Monitoring Equipment/Process: Monitors equipment and processes in current state and proactively looks for ways to improve processes.Working in a team environment and effectively communicate throughout organization.The current base salary range for this role is between $41.00 - $55.00/hour. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience.
