Summary of Position

The Metal Panel Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of metal panel installation on construction projects. This role ensures that work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards. The superintendent serves as the primary on-site leader for metal panel crews, subcontractors, and related trades.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications .
• Manage, oversee, and run multiple crews.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets .
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers .
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment .
• Monitor and ensure quality control throughout the construction process .
• Resolve any construction-related issues that arise during the project .
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders .
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget .
• Prepare and submit progress reports to management .
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices .

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in construction supervision (required)
• OSHA 30 (required)
