The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and experience in commercial carpentry or façade installation. Qualifications

• At least 2-5 years of commercial carpentry, façade installation, or related work preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and drive company vehicles.
• Must be able to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Follow established safety rules and maintain a safe, organized worksite.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Measure, mark, and cut metal panels and flashings.
• Install metal wall panels and furring systems according to project requirements.
• Inspect installed panels for defects or damage.

Skills

Ability to measure and cut metal and framing materials with precision

Skilled use of hand tools, power tools, and metal fabrication tools

Ability to speak effectively with customers or employees

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift 50+ lbs

Experience working on construction sites with multiple subcontractor trades

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
