Omni Glass & Paint is hiring a full-time Metal Panel Carpenter to join our skilled construction team. This full-time position offers competitive pay, steady work, and opportunities for long-term growth. As a Metal Panel Carpenter, you\'ll work with experienced tradespeople on a wide variety of commercial construction projects across Wisconsin.

What You\'ll Do

• Follow established safety rules and maintain a safe, organized worksite.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications to determine layout, dimensions, and materials.
• Measure, mark, and cut metal panels, flashings, and furring channels using appropriate tools (hand tools, power tools, and metal cutting equipment).
• Install metal wall panels, flashings, furring systems, and insulation according to project requirements.
• Fasten and secure metal components using screws, rivets, clips, and other hardware.
• Verify alignment, plumb, and level of installed panels and structures.
• Inspect installed panels and related components for defects or damage and perform necessary repairs.
• Erect scaffolding or use lifts for work at elevated heights.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Remove and replace damaged or defective metal components.
• Coordinate with other trades and subcontractors as needed.
• Ensure proper sealing and weatherproofing of metal wall systems.
• Operate drills, saws, and other metal fabrication tools safely and efficiently.
• Attend and participate in worksite progress meetings.
• Prepare cost estimates for labor and materials when required.

What You\'ll Need
